Cruelty-free doesn't mean going without!

When you first become vegetarian, vegan or simply more cruelty-free it can seem like a restrictive lifestyle, with plenty taken away but none added. This isn't so! It just takes a bit of research and extra care, and you will realise that it's really no bother at all.

If you are thinking, "Oh no, I'll only be able to eat bland, boring healthfoods, and I'll have to wear horrible clothes and completely relearn how to cook!" then fear not: there are plenty of wonderful cruelty-free options around.
